Celebrate the Season with a personalized Christmas Card!

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Christmas Cards measure 5 inches by 7 inches and are printed on soft white paper.
  • Matching soft white envelopes measure 5.25 inches by 7.25 inches and include return address printing on the back flap of each envelope.
  • Envelopes will be lined.
  • Complementary recipient addressing to be printed on the front of each envelope. Any remaining envelopes will arrive blank on the front with the return address printed on the back.

TIMELINE

Once your Christmas Card order is received by our team, we require up to 5 business days, beginning the following business day after your order is placed, to design your digital proof. You will receive an email from us with the proof attached.

Your pricing includes one free round of revisions, including recipient addressing. If additional revisions are needed after your first round, a fee of $50 will be charged per round of revisions. This fee will be billed separately, and must be paid before your order is printed.

Printing requires up to 10 business days, following the approval of your digital proof. Your order will ship immediately once the printing process is complete.

We do not offer rush processing/design/printing at this time

If I don't have my photo yet, can I still order and send later? Yes! We are happy to get started and set up your recipient addresses. Once you have your photos ready, email them to clientcare@empressstationery.com with your order number.

Can I change ink, paper or envelope color? Color customization is not available with our Christmas Collection. Inquire for Custom Christmas card availability by emailing clientcare@empressstationery.com

How quickly will I have my cards?
A proof will be emailed within 3 business days of placing your order, and upon approval, your cards will ship within 5 business days.

Can I order a different quantity than what is shown? Quantities are set so that we can ensure quick delivery. We also want you to have more than enough if any cards are returned after mailing.

If envelope liners aren't needed, can I remove for a lower cost? Our cards are designed as a full package, so you don't have to think twice or have a complicated ordering process. We promise you'll love the finished product.

A proof of your order will be emailed to you within 3 business days, and one round of revisions is included in the process. Envelope addresses will be included with the proof of your layout. Revisions are made within a 24 hour period and sent back to you for approval.

Upon approval, your order will print and ship within 5 business days.

All orders ship via UPS ground, and typically arrive in 1-3 business days. Tracking will be provided to your email so you know when to expect your delivery!
