Production Timeline
Your production timeline depends on your printing method. Your order will ship following the completion of your printed pieces.
Digital Printing: 2-3 weeks upon approval
Letterpress Printing: 5-7 weeks upon approval
Foil Printing: 5-7 weeks upon approval
Production timeline cannot be rushed at this time. If you have any concerns about the timeline of your order, email us at clientcare@empressstationery.com prior to ordering.
A digital proof of your entire suite will be emailed to you within 10 business days of your order being placed. This proof will include any embellishments and guest addressing you include with your order. Rush design is not available at this time.
If your order includes a custom watercolor, drawing, or monogram, this will add an additional 4-6 weeks to your design timeline. You will receive a proof of your suite upon completion of your artwork.
Your order includes two rounds of revisions if needed. Additional rounds of revisions may be made for $50 per round, billed separately.
Upon approval of your entire suite, your production timeline begins.

If a custom monogram is being added to your order, please give any specific notes for design below. Remember that three total double monograms will be designed for you to choose from, so you may note that you want to see options or variations for shading, etc.
We will match the ink color of your printed piece to your envelope ink color, or you can choose to use black ink. PLEASE NOTE: If you are ordering color envelopes, and it is one of the following colors, we will use white ink for your addressing: Night Sepia Jade Rose Fog
If you do not upload your excel document at the time of your order, we will not begin the design phase of your order until received. Email to collection@empressstationery.com please read: your excel document must be spell checked and approved by anyone that would need to approve it before we receive your file. Your address proof will be created based on the file you are uploading. If you add addresses or update addresses after your initial proof is sent to you, a reformatting fee of $75 will be billed separately, per round of proofing. Upon approval of your suite, you will receive an invoice for the total reformatting charges. Your order will not begin production until this balance is paid. You will have a chance to review your typeset file, however this is for design purposes only. Please ensure your excel file is complete and correct before uploading to us.
